Hermes has appointed Matthew Hanson head of marketing & product, tasked with developing and driving the overall marketing strategy for Hermes.
He will also oversee the marketing programme for the organisation’s consumer to consumer delivery operation, myHermes, including its network of 4,500 myHermes ParcelShops.
Chief executive Martijn de Lange said: “I am confident he will hit the ground running, making a significant impact, and providing strategic direction that will support the business in its objectives.”
