Machinery relocation specialists D Turner & Son has taken a warehouse on the Stakehill Industrial Estates in Manchester.
The company has taken Canmoor’s’ Unit 63 totalling 37,000 sq ft. The property has 6m eaves as well as four level access loading doors.
Stakehill comprises 45 industrial/distribution units that range in size between 2,900 sq ft and 108,000 sq ft.
Joint letting agents were Savills and Avison Young.
