Hermes Germany is taking over SEKO Logistics in Germany, which has offices in Bremen and Frankfurt, becoming a partner of the global SEKO network.
All employees of both SEKO offices in Germany will be incorporated into the new structure.
This alliance will enable both companies to combine their competencies in B2B and B2C. Hermes will benefit from an opportunity to broaden its international growth potential and SEKO Logistics, in turn, will profit from the Hermes distribution network in Europe.
“The partnership will blend together the heritage, experience and innovative services of two highly respected logistics companies while strengthening our respective global networks and local presence,” said SEKO Logistics president and CEO James Gagne.
