Hiab, the manufacturer of cranes and forklifts, has launched a mobile app which enables customers to locate the closest authorised service point.
“We have a global service network in more than 120 countries to ensure local support, and with the app, our customers can locate these service point quicker than ever,” said Christian Bjorne, vice president, services. This means more uptime for the product, and a longer lifetime, as it is serviced at an authorised service point”.
