Indurent has commenced construction on the sixth and final phase of Indurent Park Gloucester, its first speculative multi-let industrial (MLI) scheme since its launch in July 2024.
This phase will deliver c. 234,000ft² of MLI and mid-box logistics space across 12 units, ranging from 6,000ft² to 57,000ft².
The scheme is also targeting BREEAM ‘Very Good’ to ‘Excellent’ and EPC A+ certifications through the installation of 38,000ft² of rooftop solar PV and 34 electric vehicle charging points.
Scheduled for completion in December 2025, Indurent Park Gloucester will comprise c. 943,000ft² of industrial and logistics space across 22 units.
Development manager at Indurent Marcus Riley said: “The dearth of high-quality new supply coming into the UK MLI market impedes business and employment growth and delivery of this type of adaptable space is vital for local economies.
“This is the first speculative MLI space to be delivered by Indurent, underlining our strong conviction for urban warehousing and our development capability.
“The continued expansion of Indurent Park Gloucester, which is home to wide range of local, national and international businesses, is reflective of our strategy to deliver, own and manage the space needed by customers of all shapes and sizes, at all stages of the supply chain.”
