IntraLogisteX Dallas has confirmed a growing line-up of exhibitors and speakers ahead of its 2026 launch, as the logistics, warehousing and supply chain exhibition prepares to move to one of North America’s largest logistics hubs.
The event will take place at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center on 16-17 September 2026, bringing together senior supply chain, logistics, warehousing, fulfilment, manufacturing and automation professionals for two days of live demonstrations, conference content and supplier engagement.
Organised by Akabo Media, publisher of Logistics Manager, IntraLogisteX Dallas forms part of Dallas Logistics Week, a three-day platform that also includes the Supply Chain Excellence Awards USA, which will take place in Dallas on 15 September 2026.
The move to Dallas marks the next stage in the development of IntraLogisteX in the USA, following two previous editions in Miami, Florida.
According to the event organiser, Dallas was selected because of its central US location, its role as a gateway for domestic distribution and international trade and its position at the heart of one of North America’s most active logistics markets.
Dallas-Fort Worth has added more than 110 million ft² of warehouse space since 2019 and is home to more than 6,800 logistics establishments.

John Thornton, editor-in-chief of Logistics Manager, said: “Dallas gives IntraLogisteX a powerful platform in one of North America’s most important logistics markets.
“By bringing together the exhibition, conference, Supply Chain Excellence Awards USA and Logistics Manager, Dallas Logistics Week is designed to connect senior buyers with the technologies, partners and ideas shaping the next phase of supply chain transformation.”
The exhibition and conference will give visitors the opportunity to compare technology, automation, software and logistics solutions, while also hearing from senior industry practitioners on the operational challenges shaping warehouse and supply chain strategy.
Exhibitors will showcase solutions spanning warehouse automation, robotics, software, storage, picking, sortation, packaging, fulfilment, data management, labelling, RFID, distribution, reverse logistics and third-party logistics.
Confirmed exhibitors include Action Logistics, B&P Manufacturing, Chetu, Cityon Systems, Contoro Robotics, EPG, ErgoStrap, ESU Automation, Exotec, Georg Utz, Integris, Lucas Systems, NavFlex, Quicktron Robotics, SCR Settled, Softeon, TES85 and Wildeck.
The latest confirmed conference speakers include senior representatives from DHL Group, Lucid Motors, American Airlines, Hikma Pharmaceuticals, HP, Wayfair, PepsiCo and Dell Technologies.
The free-to-attend conference programme will run across two theatres: the Logistics & Strategy Theatre and the Technology & Automation Theatre.
The Logistics & Strategy Theatre will focus on the operational and strategic challenges facing supply chain leaders, including logistics operating models, factory-to-fulfilment flows, OTIF performance, capacity planning, reverse logistics, returns, last-mile economics, supplier risk and warehouse productivity.
The Technology & Automation Theatre will explore how robotics, automation, software, artificial intelligence, data and warehouse technologies can be deployed to improve accuracy, efficiency, resilience and scalability across live logistics operations.
The event has been positioned around practical implementation rather than technology hype, with conference sessions and exhibitor demonstrations intended to help visitors assess systems, software and services that can be integrated into real warehouse and logistics operations.
That focus reflects wider pressure on logistics and supply chain operators to improve throughput, labour productivity, service performance, scalability and cost control, while managing volatility across demand, capacity, fulfilment and supplier networks.
The Supply Chain Excellence Awards USA will take place the evening before IntraLogisteX Dallas opens. The awards are part of a global programme with 30 years of awards heritage and are organised by Logistics Manager, which has covered the logistics and supply chain sector for more than 40 years.
SUPPLY CHAIN EXCELLENCE AWARDS USA: Book a table!
The US edition is free to enter, independently judged and designed to recognise operational performance, innovation and measurable achievement across the supply chain sector.
The 2026 awards will be held at Union Station in Dallas on 15 September following the programme’s successful previous editions in Miami, which featured companies including Smith + Nephew, PepsiCo, AutoStore, Arvato, Geekplus, Kardex and Ranpak.
Together, the awards, exhibition, conference and Logistics Manager platform are intended to create a concentrated meeting point for logistics, warehousing and supply chain leaders, as well as suppliers looking to build relationships with senior buyers across the US market.
IntraLogisteX Dallas will run from 9.30am to 5pm on 16 September and from 9.30am to 4pm on 17 September. Registration is now open for logistics, supply chain, warehousing, fulfilment, manufacturing and automation professionals interested in attending the event
