Logistics and security specialists Wilson James has appointed Peter Jacobs as managing director of construction and integrated solutions.
Before joining Wilson James, Jacobs was managing director of Morgan Sindall’s London and Airports division.
Wilson James are currently the logistics consultants for the planning application at 22 Bishopsgate in the City of London.
Jacobs said: “Logistics has always been critical to the successful delivery of complex construction projects. The increasing impact of BIM and off site fabrication in the industry will provide an opportunity to increase productivity on site, but only if there is professional and disciplined logistical support.”
