Fashion retailer Karen Millen has implemented Retail Assist’s omni-channel system, Merret, and its smart tablet in-store inventory system, Merret Tablet Inventory.
In addition to these systems, Karen Millen also recently installed Retail Assist’s IT Help Desk support service, which it claims has reduced problem resolution time by 55 per cent.
