Logistics Manager understands that food manufacturer Kelloggs is set to take a pre-let on a massive new warehouse in Haydock.
The company is thought to have signed an agreement with developer Bericote for Haydock525, a 525,600 s ft speculative warehouse on the developer’s M6Major scheme in St Helens.
The warehouse boasts 15m eaves, 56 dock, six Euro dock and eight level access doors as well as 162 HGV and 540 car parking spaces. It has 476,320 sq ft of warehouse space and 49,000 sq ft of offices including Pod Offices and two storey offices. It has an EPC A rating
