Allport Cargo Services has appointed Alan Kenning as executive director of its Supply Chain Management Division.
Before joining ACS Kenning was head of key account and strategic sales at Damco. He started out as a management trainee with Maersk in 1992, working his way up through a variety of customer and supply chain management roles within the AP Moller Group.
He has also worked for Deloitte as a senior consultant.
