E-commerce solutions provider Keplin Group has signed a deal with St. Modwen Logistics for 75,000ft² of logistics space at Meon Vale Business Park near Stratford-upon-Avon, adding to its existing 43,000ft² unit on the site.
This comes as the developer announces that Keplin Group has signed an extension to the lease of its first unit for the next five years.
The solutions provider now has a footprint of nearly 120,000ft² at Meon Vale Business Park, which is comprised of a total of c. 900,000ft² of warehousing and office space.
Other occupiers at the business park include Ford, Unipart and XPO Logistics.
Keplin Group’s CEO, Raman Mehra, said: “Flexible, well-located warehouse space is vital to our business in reducing our customers’ vehicular miles and delivery times, and overall carbon footprint.
“Our expansion at Meon Vale and continued partnership with St. Modwen will support our future growth.”
