Kidde Safety, which makes fire safety product, has renewed its national warehousing and distribution contract with XPO Logistics, for a further two years.
XPO manages the logistics for all of Kidde’s UK product lines and provides a range of pre-retail services, along with the storage and distribution of point of sale materials. The company is also responsible for handling the distribution of products to customers such as Asda and Homebase, as well as builders merchants and construction sites.
Kidde is part of the fire & security division of United Technologies Corporation. Products include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguishers and fire blankets, all certified to current European standards.
