Knight Property Group has announced the successful sale of the Langlands Commercial Park Phase 1 in East Kilbride.
Wealth management group Northern Trust bought the site, which was built speculatively in 2020.
The ten-unit scheme has reportedly been fully let to a range of occupiers, including James Raeburn & Sons, Munro EV, Strachan & Kemp, RGM Vent and ETS.
The units comprising the site all extend to 2,500ft2 and are equipped with a single office, toilet facilities, electric roller shutter doors, 6.74m worth of external eaves height, electric vehicle charging facilities and car parking.
Howard Crawshaw, managing director, Knight Property Group, said: “This development attracted good interest from a wide variety of tenants and was fully let within 12 months of practical completion. The business plan for the estate was to trade the asset which we moved forward with in 2023.
“We were delighted to conclude this sale and remain on-site at Langlands Commercial Park Phase 2 with the development of a 28,000ft2 industrial unit, which is scheduled for completion this April.”
Langlands Commercial Park is located the Kelvin South and Langlands industrial areas of East Kilbride, and is well-connected to many of Scotland’s main arteries.
Independent property advisors Lismore Real Estate offered guidance on the transaction.
