Palletways member KRL has expanded its operations after acquiring Just Vans (South West) Ltd in Frome.
KRL, which has a central domestic transport hub in Telford in the West Midlands, along with numerous other locations in the UK, and Just Vans, which has its depot located in Frome, are both part of Palletways.
As part of the deal, KRL’s staff have now merged into Just Vans’ depot on the Marston Trading Estate located in Frome.
Joe Hales, managing director of KRL, said: “Just Vans can tap into KRL’s strength in shipping international freight by road, sea and air. The acquisition will help us to increase our presence in the South West.”
