LLamasoft has acquired Barloworld Logistics’ Supply Chain Software Division, including all technology, software applications, and the Barloworld SCS team across Europe and the US.
The acquisition does not cover Barloworld Logistics’ key territories of South Africa and the United Arab Emirates, where the two companies will work in partnership.
