Logicor’s Kennetside Industrial Estate in Newbury, Berkshire has now reached 100% occupancy, following the finalisation of deals with two different companies for the remaining units on the site.
Atkins & Potts, a food manufacturer specialising in sauces and condiments, has taken Unit C on a 10-year lease. This is a recently refurbished 40,481ft² warehouse which has a range of sustainability features including solar photovoltaic (PV) panels across the whole roof, LED lighting, and air source heat pumps.
Also on a 10-year lease, Unit H has been let to IT solutions company TrellisWorks. Unit H consists of 10,618 ft² of warehouse and office space.
