Unipart has taken 75,000 sq ft on a three-year deal at St Modwen’s 800,000 sq ft Meon Vale Business Park in Warwickshire while a global logistics firm takes another 183,000 sq ft in addition to the 90,000 sq ft it already occupies.
They join Desire Tech which took 36,603 sq ft of space on a five-year lease earlier this year and Berkeley International Services which has signed a five-year deal for 25,000 sq ft of space.
The business park forms part of a larger 478-acre site that includes Ford Retail and Premier Component in its list of occupiers. A 43,000 sq ft industrial warehouse unit remains immediately available for let on the site, offering three-phase electricity and sodium lighting, along with ample external parking.
St. Modwen has also submitted planning on a further 5.5 acres of land at the business park as demand continues to grow. And it has appointed Darby Keye as agents for the site to work alongside its agent Bromwich Hardy.
“Meon Vale is already home to a strong line-up of businesses and to have secured deals with two of the world’s largest logistics companies is testament to the growing demand for industrial and logistics space in the Midlands,” said St. Modwen asset manager Gemma Butler.
