Logistics Manager will moderate a special panel discussion on navigating the complexities of the supply chain at Akabo Media’s co-located IntraLogisteX, Robotics and Automation, and Sustainable Supply Chain exhibitions on 19-20 March 2024 at the NEC, Birmingham.
As part of a multi-theatre conference programme, this session is the latter of two Logistics Manager panel discussions at the co-located shows. The second session, entitled “Navigating complexity: strategies for a resilient supply chain” will take place at the IntraLogisteX Exhibition Theatre on Day Two of the event and see a range of experts from the logistics and supply chain sector discuss labour shortages and talent acquisition challenges, global bottlenecks and supply chain disruptions, and equipment availability issues.
Emily Uwemedimo, editor of Logistics Manager, will moderate the 50-minute session. She said: “The supply chain faces multifaceted challenges demanding innovative solutions and strategic foresight.
“This session aims to delve into industry challenges to equip attendees with actionable insights for a resilient supply chain ecosystem.”
The IntraLogisteX Exhibition Theatre will be located within IntraLogisteX and host a number of presentations delivered by keynote speakers from across the logistics and supply chain sector on topics such as adopting automation, improving packaging and unlocking the potential of automated mobile robots (AMRs).
In total, 8,000 attendees are expected across all three co-located events, drawn from sectors including, but not limited to, automotive, healthcare, F&B, retail, 3PLs, transport, distribution and government/public sector.
