CMA CGM Group, CEVA Logistics and Chinese passenger vehicle exporter Chery Auto have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
Reportedly, the MoU will seek to accelerate international development while scaling and driving greater efficiency, resilience and sustainability.
Leveraging CMA CGM Group’s extensive global shipping and logistics expertise together with CEVA Logistics’ cross-border operational expertise and end-to-end automotive logistics capabilities,
Chery Auto will utilise CMA CGM Group’s global shipping and logistics network with CEVA Logistics’ cross-border end-to-end automotive logistics capabilities to expand its international footprint.
Under the new agreement, CMA CGM and CEVA Logistics will support Chery Auto’s operations across Europe, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and the Middle East, covering finished vehicles, automotive parts, and Electric Vehicle (EV) batteries.
These integrated solutions will span domestic distribution, international transportation, and complex multimodal operations.
