Knight Frank has been appointed to provide estate, property and facilities’ management services for DP World London Gateway Logistics Park.
The logistics park, which is next to the new London Gateway port, has detailed consent to develop 9m sq ft of distribution space over 560 acres, making it the largest logistics development in the south east.
The first building, the 180,000 sq ft DP World London Gateway Logistics Centre, opened in April 2015, and a new speculative B8 unit of 316,000 sq ft will complete shortly.
