LoveCrafts, the e-commerce platform specialising in products and accessories for the wool crafts market, has signed a five year contract extension with Clipper.
As part of the deal, operations move from Clipper’s Worsley facility to its larger Selby site where the Clipper team will process inbound stock, pick for next day and standard delivery and process international returns, as well as holding over a million units of stock.
Anne Bruggink, chief customer operations officer at LoveCrafts said: “Clipper have been great in helping ensure we have an effective solution in place. Over the past five years, they’ve been instrumental in our efforts to build the business and develop the services we provide for our customers. LoveCrafts is a rapidly growing business and we have no doubt that Clipper are the right partner to cope with this increasing demand, and have the expertise, ability and agility to help us continue delivering a brilliant service.”
Clipper chief executive Tony Mannix said: “We’re looking forward to further develop their logistics solutions and supporting the growth of the business from our Selby site, where they’ll benefit from increased warehouse space, improved layout, smarter WMS and voice picking, to ensure more efficient and effective working.”
