Lambert Smith Hampton has been appointed to let Halesfield 6 – a 124,307 sq ft warehouse in Telford.
The building is a steel portal frame construction over three bays with eaves heights ranging from 4m to 7.6m, one level access door and six dock level doors are provided.
There is also a detached two-storey office building provides a further 12,190 sq ft. Together, they sit on a 5.9 acre site just outside the centre of the Shropshire town.
