Outline planning has been granted for 867,000 ft2 of additional warehouse space at Ma6nitude in Middlewich Cheshire.
The scheme is being promoted by Tritax Symmetry and NPL’s joint venture Magnitude Land.
Speaking about the decision, David Nuttall, development director at Tritax Symmetry, said: “This is the next in a series of announcements we will be making about progress at MA6NITUDE over the next six months across all of the phases.”
Savills, B8RE and Legat Owen are joint agents for the scheme.
Earlier this week Tritax Symmetry announced it had appointed Buckingham Group Contracting to undertake the infrastructure works at its 2.3 million ft2 logistics park at Symmetry Park, Kettering, after gaining reserved matters planning consent for the initial phase.
Located on Junction 9 of A14, the Park can deliver a single building of 1.3 million ft2. Buckingham is now on site delivering a fully serviced plateau of 90 acres, with estate road and utilities to suit a range of build to suit requirements.
