At this year’s Supply Chain Excellence Awards, a brand-new award will be presented to one deserving agent/developer for exceptional work with occupiers on innovative property strategies to support clients’ business ambitions.
Two companies made the final shortlist for the Property Partner of the Year Award: JLL and Trebor Developments.
JLL describes its Occupier Services team as “unrivalled” in the UK real estate market due to the “comprehensive service offering” that it provides its clients. The company believes that different skill sets, disciplines, and experience gives its team the unique ability to manage an occupier requirement from conception to strategy and design.
Its NxT digital solution can be used to review the market, “combining advanced real estate expertise with technology”. This helps JLL’s award-winning Tenant Representation team to “achieve the best deal possible on behalf of the client”.
Ashley Smart, Head of Occupier Services at JLL, commented: “This is the first year we entered the awards and were thrilled to be shortlisted. Our submission distilled our extensive relationships with key clients and showcased our innovative service to leverage bespoke supply chain and real estate capabilities.
“Winning Property Partner of the Year would be the cherry on the cake. The team live and breathe supply chain and real estate so recognition from the judges would be a huge accolade for us.”
With units ranging from 50,000ft² to over 600,000ft² in size, Trebor Developments is confident that its facilities meet “a wide range of occupiers’ requirements, in both the manufacturing and logistics sectors”.
The developer believes that its “proactive and hands-on approach” is what separates it from its competition, going the “extra mile” to deliver its clients’ building requirements.
Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner of Trebor Developments, said: “Trebor Developments were delighted to be shortlisted in the category of Property Partner of the Year, with only two in the shortlisting.”
“We pride ourselves in our development services as a national award-winning industrial and logistics developer, where delivering supply chain excellence to our customers is fundamental to our business model. We look forward to the event.”
The judging process for the Property Partner of the Year Award has already begun, with the winner to be announced on 9 November during the unmissable awards night at the London Hilton on Park Lane.
