A total of three mega warehouses across Nottinghamshire and Yorkshire have been sold by specialist logistics and industrial property investor Tritax Big Box REIT for £77 million.
Tritax Big Box REIT has sold a 473,263 sq ft site let to Whirlpool at Warth Park, Raunds, a 255,680 sq ft building occupied by DHL at Langley Mill, Nottingham, and a 221,763 sq ft building let to Wolseley on Baker Business Park, Ripon.
The three assets have been sold to two separate purchasers.
Fund Management chief executive Colin Godfrey said: “We continue to see strong demand for UK logistics real estate supporting attractive prices on assets which no longer align with our strategy and where we believe they have reached their full value potential in our ownership.
“So far this year we have disposed of £134m of assets, and we will be redeploying the proceeds into attractive opportunities, including those within our portfolio where we see the potential to secure higher returns for shareholders.”
