Menzies Aviation has appointed Jonathon Clark as chief executive officer of Air Menzies International, a subsidiary of the business.
His role will begin from January next year.
Clark has spent over 30 years in the airfreight sector, holding positions with MSAS Cargo international (now part of DHL), Lufthansa, Qatar Airways, DB Schenker and (most recently) Cargolux Airlines, where he has served as Africa Director since 2016.
“I am truly excited about the prospect of leading AMI, an organisation that I have watched grow over the years,” said Clark. “Most of all, I am looking forward to leading a team that is quality-driven, customer-focused and has given AMI its excellent name in the market.
“The AMI team and I will concentrate on ways in which we can innovate and grow the business to be ready for the ever-changing customer demands in this competitive market place.”
