Menzies Aviation has been awarded a new ground handling contract by Loganair at Manchester Airport.
Menzies will deliver ground handling services to the Scottish regional airline’s fleet up until July 2022, which will see the Menzies’ team handle six flights a day, adding to a total of 1,728 flights per annum.
Giles Wilson, chief executive at Menzies Aviation, said: “It is a testament to the great work of Menzies employees in Manchester that Loganair have awarded us this three year ground handling contract.
“The team on the ground worked tirelessly hard to deliver a start-up service for Loganair with limited notice, and we are extremely proud of our employees for being so responsive to a new customer’s needs. I look forward to building on our relationship with Loganair,” he added.
