Last-mile logistics real estate company Mileway has completed two long-term lease agreements with Midon Logistics Ltd in Warrington and HTC Group Ltd in Runcorn, with the support of B8 Real Estate (B8RE).
Located at the intersection of the M56 and M6 motorways, 3D Warrington South is the new headquarters of Midon Logistics.
The renovated over 25,000ft² unit at the Warrington South Distribution Park features an integrated office area, large concrete yard and secure perimeter with a gated entrance.
Accessible via A533 and A56, the wholesaler of Food Supplements and Vitamins is using the 43,000ft² space as its base to supply customers across the UK.
