MotoGP has awarded DHL a three-year contract to provide logistics services, including packing and handling motorsports equipment, for MotoGP and its sister championships Moto2 and Moto3.
The 2015 MotoGP season features eighteen races in fourteen countries spanning four continents. Each season, more than 80 bikes and 350 tons of equipment for the teams and the championship organisers need to be transported by sea, air and road across a total distance of approximately 90 000 km within just nine months.
