Neopost Shipping is talking automated packaging solutions at the IntraLogisteX exhibition held at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry on 26-27 February.
The CVP-500 Automated Packaging Solution is purpose-built for high volume packaging such as e-commerce operations and is capable of packing 450 parcels per hour.
The 3D scanner measures items and then generates fit to size packaging of up to 60 cm long and 40 cm high. It reduces the use of oversized packaging, enabling for volume reduction and minimal waste.
The CVP-500 caters to labour shortages and can replace up to 16 workers.
Neopost supplies training and aftercare. The CVP can also be integrated with shipping software to print and apply carrier-compliant shipping labels.
