A joint venture between Chancerygate and Bridges Fund Management has submitted a planning application for 200,000ft2 of industrial and trade counter space in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.
The 8.63 acre £25m scheme – branded Bourges View – will consist of eight industrial units from 3,831ft2 to 34,368ft2 and nine trade counter units ranging from 3,907ft2 to 7,943ft2.
“This is a significant development for Peterborough which will rejuvenate dormant land adjacent to a key retail destination,” saidGeorge Dickens, Chancerygate Development Director.
