Clugston Group, the £140 million company which has interests in logistics construction, facilities management and property development, has appointed Ian Pattison as group finance director and company secretary.
He is joining from Restore Plc, where he was finance and commercial director. He is taking over from Howard Bales, who will retire at the end of June after 14 years with Clugston.
