Wilton Developments is looking develop a 600,000ft² plus industrial and logistics park in the Northeast after purchasing the 33-acre Dynamo Park site on Cheltenham Road in Stockton-On-Tees fronting the A19 from Canmoor.
The site benefits from an outline planning permission for almost 400,000ft² of commercial space and detailed consent for a further 220,000ft².
Wilton Developments’ Managing Director Jason Stowe said: “The scheme will deliver high quality employment space, job opportunities, inward investment and economic growth in the area, capitalising on the lack of available opportunities in the wider Northeast for businesses wanting to upgrade their facilities to new levels of design and ESG credentials.”
The developer has a number of schemes in the in the North including the 70-acre Turbine Business Park in Sunderland, as well as two schemes developed for CBRE IM Latitude logistics development on the M62 and Enterprise Park in Barnsley.
Savills and HTA advised Cantor with the sale of the site.
