A new 1.36 million ft² industrial and logistics scheme is being promoted after Trebor Developments and Hillwood, together with landowner the Church Commissioners for England, entered into a long-term agreement to develop the 127-acre Red Brick Farm site in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.
“Flagship Park” already has outline planning permission and infrastructure, and Phase One works will commence on site during 2023, to deliver a wide range of industrial accommodation (B1/B2/B8), from 20,000 ft² to over 800,000 ft². The industrial units will be delivered either in speculative phases or pre-let/sales to meet occupiers’ specific requirements.
Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner for Trebor, on behalf of the joint venture between Trebor and Hillwood, commented: “This major new site is exciting and will provide the opportunity to deliver a wide range of quality industrial units in the Peterborough and wider Eastern region.”
Joint letting agents are Bidwells and Savills.
