Hampton Brook has launched a new speculative warehouse in Northampton to be known as Thrapston 103.
The site is set to comprise a 103,000 sq ft warehouse facility that will include 4,930 sq ft of office space, 23 HGV parking spaces and 10 access doors in total. Due for completion in the first quarter of 2016, the unit is available to let at a quoting rent of £4.95 per sq ft through joint letting agents Savills and Burbage Realty.
