Barry Byers, formerly network development manager at Pall-Ex, has been appointed as UK MD at the network.
Meanwhile Martin Rantle has been named non-executive chairman: he previously held the role of vice president of sales for DHL.

The sale of Pall-Ex Group to its membership and senior management team was finalised last month.
