Kitchen contractor Nobilia GB has opened a warehouse and head office at Kingsway Business Park in Rochdale.
It has taken a 55,000 sq ft unit at Plot K on a 20 year lease relocating from its previous site in West Yorkshire.
Nobilia GB supplies German manufactured Nobilia kitchens to property developers in England, Scotland and Wales.
Claire Jones, head of sales, said: “We chose Kingsway as we deliver all over the UK, and it is right next to the M62 motorway. Kingsway also offered the space we needed to put all of our logistics and offices in one location, making our entire operation more efficient. With this move we hope to be able to deliver a seamless service to our clients by delivering remedial items within 48 hours.”
The deal leaves one remaining unit on Plot K of 75,000 sq ft which is available for immediate occupation.
