A group of major retailers and logistics providers have formed a community to fight online fraud and reduce goods lost in transit.
The Omni-Channel Loss Prevention Forum, is the latest addition to ORIS Forums, and has been formed by the combination of two existing forums and includes members such as Next, John Lewis, Shop Direct, Wilko, Selfridges, River Island, Matalan, Office Depot, ebay, JD Sports, New Look, Asda, Yodel, Hermes, UK Mail and ByBox.
The two existing forums are the Online and Mail Order Retail Loss Prevention Forum and the Logistics and Supply Chain Forum.
