OmPrompt, which specialises in customer automation management, has launched an ‘Automated Data Extraction’ (ADE) solution.
It uses data extraction algorithms and self-learning cognitive processing tools to solve a common supply chain challenge directly, accurately and promptly – having to manually process a diverse range of lower-volume documents from the extended customer community.
CEO John Wakeman said: “The customer-facing supply chain is typically the most challenging area because of its inherent diversity, caused by the fact that customers ‘call the shots’. Customer-prescribed data formats and processes need to be accommodated by suppliers.”
