Orchard Street Investment Management has completed two lettings totalling 63,000 sq ft at Gildersome Spur industrial estate in Leeds.
Five lease agreements were signed at Gildersome Spur over 2019 with the two newest lettings completed towards the end of the year.
ARC Building Solutions, – specialist in fire barriers and a tenant at Gildersome since 2013 – has relocated to a larger 43,000 sq ft unit within the estate. It has vacated a 20,000 sq ft unit which has since been re-let to CDUK which specialises in solid surfaces.
ARC Solutions and CDUK join other occupiers including Yodel, CM Downton, DHL, Sharman Shaw, Belgrade Insulation and Calderys UK.
Gildersome Spur comprises 432,000 sq ft of industrial and warehouse space across 31 units and is located seven miles from Leeds City Centre.
The site has access to the M621, and M62, as well as the national motorway network.
