Palletised distribution network Palletforce has appointed Rachael Wood as UK sales manager, a newly created position.
“Rachael brings ten years’ increasingly responsible sales experience to this key position,” said sales and marketing director Dave Holland. “During her time with us she has constantly over-achieved her targets and delivered excellent results within the field, supporting members of the Palletforce sales support programme.”
This promotion is part of the company’s “delivering better programme”, which is an investment initiative that aims to develop skills and promote staff internally.
Former sales and marketing manager Trevor Mudd, has become events manager, concentrating on increasing the quality and frequency of Palletforce events across the UK.
“Having been one of our longest-serving employees Trevor is now moving to a three-day week as part of his retirement plan,” says Dave Holland.
