Parcelforce Worldwide has launched self-serve kiosk trials in its London, Newcastle and Milton Keynes depots which will run until 14 September.
The trials aim to enable customers to have a faster experience when sending parcels and to be able to choose the service they require. They can pay for a parcel shipment at the kiosk or pay online and use a mobile QR code to print labels on-site, before handing the parcel to counter staff.
“With these self-serve kiosks, it means that our customers don’t need to have a printer at home and can use our self-serve kiosks to quickly and easily send and print labels in our depots,” said a Parcelforce Worldwide spokesperson.
