Parcelforce Worldwide has presented customers with a new online dashboard which enables the progress of UK and international parcels to be tracked and monitored via smartphones, tablets and laptops so that businesses can identify and monitor priority customers.
Customers are presented with single view of the status of multiple UK and international parcels. The service is regularly updated and allows ‘watch lists’ to be created to see up-to-date parcel information from dispatch through to final delivery. The tool gives “customers greater control by providing them with accurate and timely tracking information,” said a Parcelforce spokesperson.
