Trebor Developments and partner, Hillwood, with landowner Church Commissioners for England, have agreed terms to develop the 127 acre Red Brick Farm site in Peterborough, to deliver a wide range of industrial accommodation, from 20,000 sq ft to over 650,000 sq ft.
The scheme known as Flagship Park has already secured outline consent, which will lead to infrastructure and Phase One works commencing on site this summer.
The units will be built to a high specification incorporating 8 to 12m internal heights, dock level loading doors, secure yards with 35 – 55m depth, a power supply up to 1.6 MVA.
Trebor and Hillwood were represented by Savills and Bidwells. Church Commissioners for England are represented by Savills London.  Marketing of the site has now commenced through joint agents Savills and Bidwells.
