Frank Marshall Estates has lodged plans for a mid-box warehouse scheme in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
The hybrid application is for two plots off Flanshaw Way and consist of an outline application for a single warehouse unit of some 30,000 sq ft on one site of 1.87 acres and a full application for 50,750 sq ft of industrial space on 2.93-acres in up to 17 units of varying sizes on the other.
There is a further plot for future development.
