The six platoons of trucks taking part in the European Truck Platooning Challenge arrived in Rotterdam on 6th April. Live video of the event is now finished.
The platoons of vehicles are due to arrive at APM Terminals, Maasvlakte II in Rotterdam at 12.30 (11.30 am London time).
Six manufacturers are taking part in the challenge: DAF, Mercedes Benz, Iveco, MAN, Scania and Volvo.
The live video of the arrival is due to start at 11.30 am local time (10.30 am London time).
The European Truck Platooning Challenge 2016 is initiated by the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment, the Directorate General Rijkswaterstaat, the Netherlands Vehicle Authority (RDW) and the Conference of European Directors of Roads (CEDR).
