iForce has won a new contract with Prezzybox.com to deliver a number of fulfilment services.
The online retailer will use iForce Gateway, a multichannel WMS. The contract will be operatored from iForce’s 300,000 square feet multi-client warehouse at Corby, Euro Hub.
“We have recently announced an ambitious five year growth plan, which meant we needed to appoint an e-fulfilment provider, with the expertise to support us, in a cost efficient manner,” said Zak Edwards, founder and managing director of Prezzybox.com. “We have appointed a partner that can not only deliver an exceptional service, but also can also help us improve our customer experience.
“iForce’s capability to adapt its world-class solutions to fit the exact requirements of our business was a key reason behind our decision and we look forward to a long and positive relationship.”
Brian Gaunt, chief executive of iForce, which became part of Eddie Stobart Logistics in April, said: “We are delighted to welcome Prezzybox to our prestigious list of retail clients and look forward to applying ourselves in our new partnership to improve their efficiency and customer experience, thereby helping them to achieve their ambitious growth plan.
