Priority Freight, the provider of contingency logistics, has invested £2 million in a new hub at Coventry, providing a 24-hours a day service, seven days a week, starting in January 2016.
In addition to a larger control centre, the company will be able to offer 25,000 square feet of warehouse space for contingency warehousing, forward stock location and replenishment, fulfilment, storage and archiving.
Group managing director Neal Williams said the new UK facility added to its service offering “by providing a facility to store goods in a highly secure environment, managed 24-hours a day with the opportunity to inject those goods into customer supply chains any time of day or night”.
