Prologis UK, alongside its principal contractor, VolkerFitzpatrick, has been working on an expansion of Prologis Park Hemel Hempstead since March 2024.
The site, at Green Lane, will house five new logistics facilities ranging between 19,000 – 75,000ft² with focus on sustainability, customer and community needs.
Prologis and VolkerFitzpatrick have also pledged to deliver £7m of social value to the surrounding Hemel area including partnering with Goodwill Solution to hire local residents, undertaking school, college and university site visits, and contributing to the local foodbank, DENS.
