European Logistics firm Raben has taken on RedPrairie’s WMS to support its growth across Europe.
The system will provide voice picking, pick to light and storage and picking algorithms.
This follows Raben’s expansion into new sites across Europe, after acquiring road transport operations in Germany and operations in Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia from Wincanton.
Slawomir Pawlak, chief information officer at Raben, said: “We need ‘unlimited’ software… Because of the flexibility of the solution, the pricing, the low total cost of ownership and the support for logistics tasks, we selected the RedPrairie WMS.”
